CANADIAN ROTARY CLUB INSURANCE PROGRAM - Please refer to the Rotary Summary document for Event Coverage Information and Excluded Events you need to be aware of. If you have any questions about the program please contact Heather Hill, District Insurance Liaison.
Norwich Insurance Brokers designed the Canadian Rotary Insurance Program in 2002, to distribute the program Canada-wide. The program insures the Rotary District and its organization, which includes the following operations: Rotary Service Clubs and the fundraising activities usual to service clubs; foundations; trusts; Youth Exchange; Group Study Exchange; Interact and Rotaract.
The Rotary District Master Policy and Individual Club Certificates are filed under Documents in the District ClubRunner. You can access them by signing in to the Member Area (via the District website) using your same credentials as for your own club's ClubRunner. Then click on Organization > Documents. The Certificates are filed under District > Insurance > Club Certificate of Insurance and then by the given year of coverage.

EVENTS/PROJECTS
Certificate of Insurance Request Form – to be submitted 14 days prior to event to Katelyn Richardson at katelyn@norwichinsurance.com, our Rotary Broker.
Liqour Liability Application – required to be remitted with Certificate of Insurance Request Form for events with alcohol.
Note: Interact Clubs must file their events/projects under the Sponsoring Rotary Club with their name as well.
