The annual training event is designed to prepare incoming district officers, assistant governors, and executive members for the upcoming Rotary year and it allows district committee directors to connect, share ideas and ensure our District initiatives align with Rotary’s goals.

The weekend includes:

  • Strategic Alignment: Connecting district goals with Rotary International’s broader action plan and annual theme.
  • Team Building: Helping district directors, chairs, and leaders coordinate and build support systems for local clubs.
  • Budget & Planning: Establishing operational strategies and financial plans for the district year

The next DTLS will be held 26-28 March, 2027 at the Hilton Garden Inn, Sudbury, ON
